Method

Cocktail

1

Prepare Glass

If you prefer a salted or Tajín rim, rub the grapefruit wedge around the rim of a highball or rocks glass, then dip the rim into a shallow plate with coarse salt or Tajín. Fill the glass with fresh ice and set aside.

2

Combine Ingredients

Add 2 oz 21 Seeds Grapefruit Hibiscus Tequila, 1 oz blood orange puree, 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 oz agave syrup (if using) into a cocktail shaker.

3

Add Ice & Shake

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.

4

Strain & Serve

Double-strain (using a fine mesh strainer if available) into the prepared glass over fresh ice to remove pulp and aerate the drink for a bright texture.

Garnish & Finish

5

Garnish with a grapefruit wheel or wedge and optionally a lime wheel. For a bright aromatic lift, express a grapefruit or lime twist over the drink and drop it in.

6

Serve immediately with a short stirrer and enjoy. Adjust sweetness on future pours by increasing or decreasing the agave by 0.25 oz increments.
