Fresh Seafood

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Toast the Baguette

Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each toasted baguette slice. Top with cherry tomato halves and mozzarella balls.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Prepare the batter

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine wet ingredients

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Slowly stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.

Mix together

Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Bake

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve slices topped with whipped cream and fresh berries.

Remove the Sterling Silver steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. This ensures even cooking.

Prepare the Steaks

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil, then season generously with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Press the seasonings into the meat.

Season the Steaks

Preheat your grill to high heat, or heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Ensure the cooking surface is hot before adding the steaks.

Preheat the Grill or Pan

Place the steaks on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them, until a nice crust forms. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.

Cook the Steaks

During the last minute of cooking, add the fresh rosemary sprigs to the pan or on the grill to infuse the steaks with flavor.

Add Flavor

Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute.

Rest the Steaks

Slice the steaks against the grain and serve immediately with your choice of sides.

Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and salmon fillet under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.

Prepare the seafood

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, juice from 1 lemon, and chopped parsley. Add the seafood and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Marinate

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated seafood in a single layer. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink, scallops for 3-4 minutes until golden, and salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Cook the seafood

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked seafood and garnish with remaining parsley. Serve immediately.
