Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tsp of salt and the spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Shrimp Diablo Sauce Preparation

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.

Add Tomatoes and Spices
Stir in the diced tomatoes, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Finish the Sauce
Add lemon juice and chopped parsley, stirring to combine. Remove from heat.
Sour Cream Guacamole Preparation

Prepare Guacamole
In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork. Mix in sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and cilantro until well combined.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and Shrimp Diablo sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated.

Serve with Guacamole
Serve the pasta hot with a generous dollop of sour cream guacamole on the side.
