In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and cilantro.

Sprinkle in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with spices.
Assembling Egg Rolls

Take an egg roll wrapper and place it on a clean, flat surface with one corner facing you. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to the top corner. Use a little water to seal the edge. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
