Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Add Cheese and Spices
Reduce heat to low and mix in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese, stirring until melted. Add the diced green chiles, ground cumin, paprika, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and creamy.
Tortilla Crust Preparation

Prepare the Tortilla Crust
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the corn tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Layer them in a greased round baking dish or oven-safe skillet, overlapping them to form a crust.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, shredded pork, and green salsa. Mix until well coated.

Pour the mac 'n' queso mixture over the tortilla crust in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
