Prepare Ice Cream Balls

Scoop Ice Cream
Using an ice cream scoop, portion out 4 cups of vanilla ice cream into equal-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze Ice Cream Balls
Place the baking sheet with the ice cream balls in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
Prepare Breading

Crush Frosted Flakes
In a large zip-top bag, crush the frosted flakes using a rolling pin until they are fine crumbs.

Prepare Breading Mixture
In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed frosted flakes and all-purpose flour. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Coat Ice Cream Balls

Coat in Frosted Flakes
Roll each egg-coated ice cream ball in the frosted flakes mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Place them back on the baking sheet.
Fry Ice Cream

Heat Oil
In a large deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Ice Cream Balls
Carefully lower the coated ice cream balls into the hot oil, a few at a time. Fry for about 10-15 seconds, or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Place each fried ice cream ball on a serving plate. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce, and dust with powdered sugar.
