Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the Dungeness crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Using your hands, form the mixture into patties about 3 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate the crab cakes for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
