Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Mince the garlic and chop the fresh parsley. Rinse the vinegar peppers and slice them if they are whole.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Pork Chops

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Then, add the mushrooms and vinegar peppers. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the vinegar peppers are heated through.

  4. 4

    Combine and Finish

Return the pork chops to the skillet with the vegetables. Cook for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
