Cook the Spaghettini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghettini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add chopped fresh tomatoes, olives, capers, and oregano. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes break down and the sauce thickens.

Combine and Serve
Add the cooked spaghettini to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh basil. Serve hot, garnished with grated pecorino cheese.
