1. Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and brush both sides with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
2. Grill the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
3. Make the Lobster Cream Sauce
In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 cup of chopped lobster meat and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Plate the grilled salmon and drizzle the lobster cream sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
