Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, grated parmesan, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.

Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Combine Meatballs and Sauce
Add the browned meatballs back into the skillet with the sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.

Cook the Spaghetti
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Toss the spaghetti with the marinara sauce and meatballs. Serve hot, garnished with additional parmesan and parsley if desired.
