Marinade Preparation
Mix the Marinade
In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

Stir in the chopped cilantro into the marinade mixture.
Steak Preparation
Marinate the Steak
Place the flank or skirt steak into a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F).
Slice the Steak
Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
