Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients and chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mince the garlic.

  2. 2

Sauté the Garlic and Pine Nuts

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and pine nuts, sautéing until the garlic is fragrant and the pine nuts are golden, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing them to soften.

  4. 4

    Deglaze with White Wine

Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any brown bits. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.

  5. 5

    Sauté the Provolone

Slice the provolone cheese into thick pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.

  6. 6

    Season and Serve

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
