Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Rub the Certified Angus New York Steak with blackening seasoning on both sides. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

2

Cook the Steak

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

3

Wilt the Spinach

In the same skillet, add the fresh spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat.

4

Assemble the Sandwich

On one slice of La Cucina bread, layer the sliced steak, wilted spinach, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Top with the other slice of bread.

5

Serve

Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
