Prepare the Mandarin Coulis
In a small saucepan, combine mandarin orange segments, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.

Prepare the Brie
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry.

Bake the Brie
Transfer the wrapped Brie to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.

Prepare to Serve
While the Brie is baking, chop the toasted hazelnuts. Once the Brie is done, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Plate the Dish
Serve the Brie En Croute warm, drizzled with mandarin coulis and topped with chopped toasted hazelnuts.
