Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Add Olive Oil and Herbs

Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle the chopped dill, parsley, and chives evenly over the top.

  3. 3

    Bake the Salmon

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Beurre Blanc

In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup of white wine, 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar, and 1 shallot (minced). Simmer until reduced by half. Gradually whisk in 1/2 cup of cold unsalted butter, piece by piece, until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Drizzle the beurre blanc over the baked salmon and serve immediately.
