Mixing the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Oban 14 Year Old whisky, St. George Absinthe, Osmanthus syrup, and Fuji bitters with ice.

Stir the mixture well until chilled and properly diluted, about 30 seconds.

Straining
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnishing
Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
