Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oysters

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully shuck the oysters and place them in a baking dish, keeping the shells intact.

  2. 2

    Marmite Topping

In a bowl, mix together the unsalted butter and Marmite until well combined. Add breadcrumbs and chopped parsley, mix until evenly coated. Spoon the mixture onto half of the oysters.

  3. 3

Whipped Garlic Butter & Summer Truffle Topping

In another bowl, combine the unsalted butter, minced garlic, shaved truffle, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Spoon the mixture onto the remaining oysters.

Baking

  1. 4

    Bake the Oysters

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the toppings are golden and the oysters are cooked through. Serve immediately.
