Cook Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sausage
In a large wok or frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the E-san Thai sausage and cook until browned.

Add Vegetables
Add sliced bell peppers and green beans to the wok. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Mix in Spaghetti
Add the cooked spaghetti to the wok. Toss well to combine with the sausage and vegetables.

Add Sauces and Seasoning
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice, and sliced Thai chili. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix in fresh basil leaves.

Optional Shrimp Addition
If using shrimp, add them to the wok and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
