Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.

  3. 3

    Sear the Ribs

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ribs and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Transfer the seared ribs to a baking dish. In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Brush half of the sauce mixture over the ribs. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.

  5. 5

    Finish the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the foil, and brush the remaining BBQ sauce on top. Broil on high for an additional 5-10 minutes until caramelized.

  6. 6

    Serve

Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
