Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Rice Noodles

Soak the rice noodles in hot water for about 30 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Protein

In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the protein (tofu, beef, pork, chicken, or shrimps) and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté Vegetables

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the onions, bell peppers, bamboo shoots, tomato, and broccoli for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.

  4. 4

    Add Noodles and Sauces

Add the drained rice noodles to the pan along with the cooked protein. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce, mixing everything well.

  5. 5

    Add Eggs and Basil

Push the noodle mixture to one side of the pan. Crack the eggs into the empty side and scramble them until cooked. Mix the scrambled eggs into the noodles. Finally, stir in the basil leaves.

  6. 6

    Season and Serve

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
