Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and trim the green beans, and chop the basil leaves roughly. Set aside.

Cook the Protein
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken or pork and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Vegetables and Sauces
Add the green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Then, stir in the chili-garlic sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Mix well.

Add Basil
Remove the skillet from the heat and fold in the fresh basil leaves, allowing them to wilt slightly.

Serve the spicy ground chicken or pork mixture on a plate and top each serving with a fried egg. Enjoy!
