Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and trim the green beans, and chop the basil leaves roughly. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Protein

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken or pork and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Vegetables and Sauces

Add the green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Then, stir in the chili-garlic sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add Basil

Remove the skillet from the heat and fold in the fresh basil leaves, allowing them to wilt slightly.

  5. 5

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the spicy ground chicken or pork mixture on a plate and top each serving with a fried egg. Enjoy!
