Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wild Rice Noodles

Cook the wild rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Stir-fry the Protein

In a large wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and shrimp, and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same wok, add garlic, onions, carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Add Noodles and Sauces

Add the cooked wild rice noodles, bamboo shoots, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

  5. 5

    Add Eggs

Push the noodle mixture to one side of the wok. Crack the eggs into the other side and scramble them until cooked. Mix into the noodles.

  6. 6

    Combine Everything

Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the wok. Stir everything together until heated through and well combined.

  7. 7

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
