Prepare the Bananas
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.

Wrap the Bananas
Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until they are soft. Place a half banana on a wrapper, fold the sides over, and roll tightly. Repeat with the remaining bananas.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Rolls
Carefully place the banana rolls in the hot oil, frying them in batches. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Plate the fried banana rolls and serve warm with honey, chocolate sauce, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
