    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring 1 litre of water to a rolling boil.

Add 200 grams of chowmein noodles to the boiling water. Cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-5 minutes, until al dente.

  3. 3

    Drain Noodles

Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.

Prepare Vegetables

    Chop Vegetables

While the noodles are cooking, slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, shred the cabbage, and chop the green onions.

  2. 5

    Prepare Bean Sprouts

    Heat Oil

In a large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the bell pepper, carrot, cabbage, green onions, and bean sprouts to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

  4. 9

Add the drained chowmein noodles to the pan with the vegetables.

  5. 10
