Method

Prepare Noodles

  1. 1

    Cook the Chow Mein Noodles

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the chow mein noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Pork

  1. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Add the pork strips and toss to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 3

    Stir-Fry the Pork

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook Vegetables

  1. 4

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Add the green onions and stir for another minute.

Combine and Serve

  1. 5

    Mix Everything Together

Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the vegetables. Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss everything together to combine well.

  2. 6

    Add Noodles

Gently fold in the cooked chow mein noodles, ensuring they are evenly coated with the sauce and combined with the pork and vegetables.

  3. 7

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Pork Chow Mein!
