Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.

Chop the Vegetables
Dice the bell pepper into small pieces and mince the garlic cloves.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch together until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.

Add the red chili flakes, and stir well. Allow the sauce to simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until it thickens. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.

Chop the green onions and sprinkle them over the chicken just before serving. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
