Prepare the Beef Filling

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Seasoning
Drain excess grease from the skillet. Add taco seasoning and water to the cooked beef. Stir well to combine.

Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Assemble the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Place a portion of the beef filling into the center of each tortilla.

Top the beef with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and salsa.
