Wash the fresh oranges, lemons, and limes. Cut them into thin slices, removing any seeds. Set aside.

Prepare the Fruit

In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, orange juice, and brandy. Stir well to mix the ingredients.

Mix the Base

Add the sliced oranges, lemons, and limes to the pitcher. Include the fresh berries, and stir gently to combine.

Add sugar to the mixture, stirring until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste, adding more sugar if desired.

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a more infused flavor.

Just before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently.

Pour the sangria into glasses over ice, garnish with mint leaves and a cinnamon stick in each glass if desired.
