Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the stuffed mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Clean the Mushrooms

Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

Stuffing Mixture

  1. 3

    Make the Stuffing

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and form a creamy filling.

Stuffing the Mushrooms

  1. 4

    Fill the Mushrooms

Using a small spoon or a piping bag, carefully fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture. Pack the stuffing slightly to ensure it stays in place.

Baking

  1. 5

    Prepare for Baking

Drizzle olive oil over a baking dish to prevent sticking. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in the dish.

  2. 6

    Bake the Mushrooms

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve Warm

Remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as an appetizer or a side dish.
