Pasta Preparation

Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest before slicing.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve

Mix Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce and toss gently until the pasta is well coated. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the pasta.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy your Chicken Alfredo!
