Shrimp Preparation

Cook the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the salt and lemon juice. Once boiling, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Cool the Shrimp
Remove the shrimp from the pot and place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
K-Machos Cocktail Sauce Preparation

Mix the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Pico de Gallo Preparation

Prepare the Pico de Gallo
In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, finely chopped onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño, and lime juice. Season with salt to taste and mix until evenly distributed.
Plating

Assemble the Dish
On a serving platter, arrange the cooked shrimp. Serve with K-Machos cocktail sauce on the side, along with a bowl of pico de gallo, slices of avocado, and a box of saltine crackers.
