Burrito Preparation

    Cook the Ground Beef

    Remove from heat and set aside.

    Assemble the Burrito

    On each tortilla, layer a portion of the seasoned ground beef, black beans, and cheddar cheese. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.

    Add Sour Cream

    Top each burrito with a dollop of sour cream before serving.

Chile Gravy Sauce Preparation

    Make the Roux

    In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

    Add Seasonings

    Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Cook for another minute.

    Combine with Chicken Broth

    Gradually whisk in chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

    Prepare the Taco Filling

    In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Set aside.

Chicken Flauta Preparation

    On each tortilla, place a portion of shredded chicken. Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick.
