Preparing the Meat

Cook the Pork
In a skillet over medium heat, add the diced pork shoulder. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Cook the Ground Beef
In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Cook the Chicken
In a separate skillet, add a little olive oil and heat over medium. Add the diced chicken breast and cook for about 8-10 minutes, until cooked through and no longer pink.

Prepare the Spinach Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped fresh spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Burrito
Lay the 12-inch flour tortilla flat. In the center, layer the cooked pork, ground beef, and chicken. Top with spinach dip. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
