Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Beef

In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until evenly seasoned.

  2. 2

    Form the Patty

Shape the seasoned ground beef into a patty, approximately 10 oz in weight and about 1 inch thick.

Cooking the Patty

  1. 3

    Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F - 400°F).

  2. 4

    Grill the Patty

Place the patty on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 5

    Prepare the Bun

While the patty is grilling, slice the burger bun in half. You can toast it on the grill for added flavor if desired.

  2. 6

    Add Toppings

Layer the bottom half of the bun with a leaf of lettuce, followed by the grilled patty, onion slices, and tomato slices.

  3. 7

    Complete the Burger

Place the top half of the bun over the toppings to complete your K-Machos Burger.
