Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This helps to ensure crispy wings.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Making Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and white vinegar. Stir well and bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation

Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed and adjust seasoning to taste.
