Method
Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Meats
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken thighs, pork ribs, and beef burgers to the marinade. Ensure all the meats are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- 2
Prepare the Sides
While the meats are marinating, prepare the sides. For the corn, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ears of corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with ranch dressing to taste. Set aside. If using store-bought potato salad, simply place it in a serving bowl.
Grilling
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
- 4
Grill the Meats
Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). For the pork ribs, grill for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally and basting with additional BBQ sauce. The burgers should be cooked for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
- 5
Grill the Corn
During the last 10 minutes of grilling, place the corn on the grill. Rotate every few minutes until evenly charred.
