Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

  2. 4

    Add Lemon

During the last minute of grilling, squeeze the juice of 1 whole lemon over the salmon for added flavor.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

  2. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are grilled, remove them from the grill and arrange on a serving platter. Serve immediately while hot.
