Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry using paper towels. Remove any excess moisture.

Mix the Dry Rub
In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Season the Wings
Sprinkle the dry rub mixture evenly over the chicken wings. Toss the wings until they are well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C). Ensure there is enough oil to fully submerge the chicken wings.

Carefully add the seasoned chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
