Prepare the Falafel Mix
In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and black pepper until a coarse mixture forms. Add flour gradually until the mixture holds together.

Form the Falafel Balls
Shape the mixture into small balls or patties, about 1 inch in diameter.

Fry the Falafel
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the falafel balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Pita Wrap
Warm the pita bread slightly. Spread a generous amount of hummus inside each pita, add the fried falafel, drizzle with tahini sauce, and top with any additional toppings you prefer.

Serve the falafel pita wraps with a side of fries.
