Chicken Wings

Hand-Cut Fries

Wing Sauces

Method

Prepare the Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.

Make the Hand-Cut Fries

  1. 3

    Cut and Soak the Potatoes

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into thin fries. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Drain the fries and pat them dry with paper towels. Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

Prepare the Waffles

  1. 5

    Mix the Waffle Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

  2. 6

    Cook the Waffles

Preheat the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crisp. Repeat until all batter is used.

Assemble the Wing Tower

  1. 7

    Layer the Ingredients

On a large serving platter, create a bed of hand-cut fries. Stack the waffles on top, then arrange the baked chicken wings on top of the waffles.

  2. 8

    Serve with Sauces

Serve the Wing Tower with your choice of buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or garlic parmesan sauce for dipping.
