For the Blackened Salmon Sliders

Method

Instructions

1

Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil. Generously season both sides of the salmon with the blackening seasoning.

2

Cook the Salmon

Place the salmon on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a nice crust. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

3

Assemble the Sliders

Slice the tomato into thin rounds. Cut the slider buns in half. On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, a piece of blackened salmon, and a slice of tomato. Spread Old Bay mayo on the top half of the bun and place it on top to complete the slider.

4

Serve

Serve the sliders immediately with your choice of sides.
