Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  4. 4

    Add BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil. Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.

  5. 5

    Broil the Ribs

Place the ribs under the broiler for about 5-10 minutes, keeping a close eye on them to avoid burning. The sauce should become caramelized and sticky.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
