Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prep the Spinach

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems. Chop the spinach coarsely and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Artichokes

Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into smaller pieces for easier mixing.

  3. 3

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add Remaining Ingredients

Add the chopped spinach, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Baking

  1. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  2. 6

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is heated through and the top is lightly golden.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve with Chips

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
