Preparing the Steak

Season the Ribeye
Place the ribeye steaks on a plate and drizzle olive oil over both sides. Use your hands to rub the oil into the meat evenly.

Add Seasonings
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly over both sides of the steaks. Make sure to coat them generously for enhanced flavor.

Add Fresh Rosemary
Place one sprig of fresh rosemary on each steak, pressing it gently into the meat to infuse flavor.

Check for Doneness
Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For medium-rare, it should read 130-135°F (54-57°C).

Rest the Steaks
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute.
