Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet, sauté the fresh spinach over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Once cooled, chop the spinach finely.

  3. 3

    Prep the Artichokes

If using canned artichoke hearts, drain them well and chop them into smaller pieces. If using frozen, thaw and chop them.

  4. 4

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped spinach, and artichoke hearts. Add salt and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Baking

  1. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches).

  2. 6

    Bake the Dip

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve with Tortilla Chips

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
