Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Deep Eddy grapefruit vodka, lemon elderflower liqueur, honey, and orange blossom water. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish the Drink
Twist a piece of grapefruit peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass. Add two fresh mint leaves for an aromatic finish.
