Preparation

  1. 1

    Muddle the Herbs

In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh basil and mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the herbs to release their oils. Be careful not to tear them too much.

  2. 2

    Add Gin and Lime Juice

Pour in the Prairie Organic Gin and fresh lime juice over the muddled herbs in the shaker.

  3. 3

    Shake the Cocktail

Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Serving

  1. 4

    Strain the Drink

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass to remove the herb particles.

  2. 5

    Garnish

Garnish with a lime wheel and a single basil leaf on top for an aromatic touch.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Herbalist cocktail!
