Method

Mini Cheeseburger

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently and form into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On each mini burger bun, spread ketchup and mustard, place the cooked patty with melted cheese, and top with pickles. Close the bun.

Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to resemble French fries.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
