Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil on both sides. Season generously with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

  2. 2

    Preheat Grill

While the steaks are marinating, preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F or 232-260°C).

Lobster Tail Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

  2. 4

    Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix it with lemon juice, paprika, minced garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Grill the Steak

Place the steaks on the preheated grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

  2. 6

    Grill the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails on the grill cut-side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, brushing with the butter mixture occasionally, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Slice the grilled steak against the grain and serve alongside the grilled lobster tails. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges for added flavor.

  2. 8

    Enjoy

Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your delicious surf and turf!
